Standard BSA-Style Rules (Starter Set)

  1. Boat Kit: Use the official Raingutter Regatta kit (or pack-approved equivalent).
  2. Propulsion: Boats are propelled by blowing air (straws). No fans, pumps, or motors.
  3. Size: Keep the boat within typical kit dimensions; it must fit in the regatta track/gutter.
  4. Sails: Sails are allowed and should be securely attached.
  5. Fair Play: Only blow through the straw provided/allowed. No touching or pushing boats.
  6. Inspection: Boats must pass a quick inspection for safety and fit before racing.
